We try to ship out your products as quickly as possible, and items are typically sent within 24-48 hours. We ship via USPS and UPS; please note that UPS is open Monday through Friday for standard shipping. 



Cthru Purses sets the bar for customer service -- we personally inspect, clean, and primp each product before it’s packaged and sent. Because of our attention to detail and quality control, we expect customers to love items out of the box!

In the unlikely event you want to return or exchange a Cthru product, we offer full or partial refunds and/or exchanges only for products purchased directly from this website or at an event hosted by Cthru Purses. For product purchased at a retail location, we kindly ask you to contact that store directly.


Whether via email or phone, Cthru Purses must receive your refund or exchange request within 14 days of receiving a Cthru product. Receipt or proof of purchase from our website is required. A refund request does not guarantee a full/partial refund or exchange.

The following are not eligible for refund or exchange in any way, shape or form:

  • normal wear and tear
  • intentionally-damaged product
  • sale / “as-is” product
  • donations
  • competitor product


If your request has been approved, product should be returned promptly to Cthru Purses. We encourage tracking your package; Cthru Purses is not responsible for items lost in transit. 

Product eligible for replacement will be exchanged for the same product only.

In addition to providing a receipt or proof of purchase from our website, unused product must be returned with:

  • original packaging and tags
  • organza bag
  • any/all original straps, chains, attachments, locks, additional clasps, etc.
  • dust bag (if applicable)
  • charms (if applicable)


Original shipping costs are nonrefundable. Any additional shipping costs are at the customer’s expense. 


Gifted products are eligible for exchange or store credit only. Above stipulations apply.
